Social media has redefined the Audience engagement and branding by taking it far ahead from conventional advertising and PR. Audience feels more connected. It enables two way communication with never ending shelf life to the advertising campaigns. It is superbly cost effective and driven by thoughtfulness & intellect. The brands are greatly getting benefitted with it, especially SMBs as the size no longer matter when you are going for a social media campaign.
3) How socially active does the C-Suite really need to be?
Just like any transformational strategy, the social media has to be driven from the C-level leadership. Interestingly, the C-level professionals are socially active however they need to now use it for Personal Branding and Business Networking.
