Nilay Arora spearheads the Marketing and Business Operations for Tencent’s biggest global product for India – WeChat. Nilay has over 10 years of marketing & product experience across consumer technology & media comprising mobile, internet, social media, online gaming, TV, radio and print. Nilay is also very actively involved part of the management & leadership team driving marketing & product for various business verticals, through last 7 years.
Before joining WeChat, he has worked with Hindustan Times, Radio Mirchi and Ballarpur Industries in various Consumer Marketing Roles. Nilay holds a Masters in Business Administration from IMS [DAVV] and Engineering in Electronics and telecom apart from being a part of Harvard Strategic Management program.
Nilay is an avid observer of consumer trends & preferences and an expert in carving out market shares.
