Currently he is working for Capgemini India Pvt Ltd at the capacity of Sr HR Manager based out of Mumbai with additional role of managing Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai & Gurgaon locations.
Before Capgemini, he worked for Serco Global (Erstwhile Intelenet Global) & Loop Mobile (Erstwhile BPL Mobile) as Sr Manager – HR & based at Mumbai.
Stated career with Grid Consultant as Management Trainee then worked with Grey Cells & Max Search. Subsequently, he joined Zycus Infotech where he spent more than 6 years in setting up & building HR dept
He graduated MBA in HR from IME, Pune in the year of 1995-1997
Before MBA, he achieved Master of Labour Laws & Labour Welfare (MLL & LW) from Symbiosis, Pune in the year of 1993-1995
