A Ph.d in Training and development, and Gold medalist in Masters of HRM she started her career as an Executive HR. In a span of last seventeen years she has gathered a rich experience in vast domain of Human Resource Management, Training and Organizational Development.She currently works as a Faculty and Head- MDP, Training and Consultancy wing for Jaipuria Institute of management. As a MDP coordinator she conducts and co-ordinates open as well as in-house MDP’s for public and private organizations. She has also been the coordinator for International MDP’s held by Jaipuria Jaipur. 

Apart from teaching she also works as a consultant for behavioral training programs and HR and OD Interventions for corporates.She is also empaneled as Associate Consultant with T.V. Rao Learning Systems for interventions based upon Leadership Development and Assessment Centres.

She has also worked as Consultant Director for IRM Jodhpur where she was responsible for effective conduct of PGDM program guidelines as per AICTE norms. As an Institution Builder, she also took some major decisions for long term benefit of the institute, besides taking academic classes in HRM.

In the past she worked as a HRD consultant for T.V Rao Learning Systems, where she handled various assignments related to 360 degree feedback, Assessment centers, Performance Management, HRD Audit, and Competency Mapping. She also conducted public and open workshops on HRD related topics for various corporates.

As a Training Effectiveness Consultant she was associated with NIS Sparta- now owned by Reliance Communications , where she trained senior,middle management and front line staff of both Public and Private sector organizations .She worked with Indian Railways for enhancing Customer Goodwill .Her Training was focused upon various areas like team building, leadership, corporate etiquette, motivation, selling skills, customer skills, Induction Training etc. Her programs have always received an excellent rating by the participants in terms of content, topical interest and interactivity.

She also has to her credit publication of articles and research papers on Training & Development and Performance management systems.
