Hillarey Jardon is the Owner, CEO & VP International Sales at JARDON International, LLC in St. Louis, MO USA; an international business development outsourcing firm dedicated to providing the highest quality, cutting-edge dynamic low cost IT services and solutions to the small business and medium enterprise space in the United States, Canada, Europe, the Middle East and, Africa. She is also the Director of Accounts-International Operations for India-based startup Omegakart Ecom Private Limited Company, where she is tasked with developing their International Real Estate Services.
Prior to her startup endevours, Hillarey worked primarily in the tech sector for ten years in Business & Market Development capacities at Microsoft and TALX Corporation. She also worked at the German bank Oldenburgischelandesbank.
At Microsoft, she held the position of Marketing Specialist wherein she prepared for and attended trade shows, events and seminars, was responsible for materials preparation, and logistics to assist Microsoft’s Medium Enterprise event engine, ran evaluation processing and tracking system, processed purchase orders and invoices for the team, primarily collateral fulfillment, provided account territorymanager administrative support including tracking information, and prepared reports for Regional Director, handled all calendars, bookings, and execution of seminars from preparation to delivery, conducted registration for CEO/CTO-level participants for Microsoft’s Enterprise Application, Integration Executive Circle Events.
At TALX Corporation, she held the position of Market Development & Intelligent Analyst wherein she performed an aggregate of functions including strategic research to locate such information as a firm’s employee count, executive decision-makers, competitors’ place at said firm, and communicate results to the Business Development team so as to best move TALX Corporation’s cost management business services and products to large U.S. companies. Specifically, she played an integral role in the following projects:
- Executive Tracking of Non-Clients and Clients;
- Unemployment Claims Phone Surveys;
- Call-In Analysis; American Payroll Association/Dun & Bradstreet/Lexus-Nexus Analysis
- Largest Non-Clients Investigation and Analysis

Upon graduation from university, she worked in a German bank, Oldenburgischelandesbank to learn German language, culture and business performing such tasks such filing, typing, and general assistance.

At Saint Louis University, Hillarey studied History with an emphasis in World War II with a deeper specialization in the Holocaust and Resistance Movements. Her second degree was earned at L’Universite de Lyon 2, Lumiere. In France, she studied French Literature, traveled extensively throughout Western Europe, was an active member and American English teacher in the cultural exchange organization France-USA as well as a tutor to students who desired to learn American English to accompany their school studies in Queen’s English. Upon returning to Saint Louis University, her studies in Lyon equated to a French degree which was decreed to me ultimately by Saint Louis University. For academic excellence and achievement in the fields of History and French, she was granted membership to Phi Alpha Theta History Honor Society and Phi Alpha Phi National Honor Society. She held the position of Teaching Assistant in the Department of History as well as the Department of Modern Languages.

Her volunteer experience includes YMCA Literacy Tutor (Education), Let’s Start! (Social Services), and St. Vincent de Paul Society (Poverty Alleviation. Causes Hillarey cares about are Economic Empowerment, Education, Science and Technology, and Women’s Rights.
