Director’s Message

India has witnessed a titanic surge in the number of women entering the economic wave. While this signals a positive change, it has not been without its fair share of challenges and struggles. It is the perseverance, tenacity and hard work of these women entrepreneurs which has helped them resolve those challenges and emerge as winners in their own right.  To salute their self-belief and resilience and to help them seize opportunities in the male-dominated Indian corporate landscape, we conceptualised “Advaita- Women Entrepreneurs Award”.

Through Advaita awards, we aim to honour all these women trailblazers in recognition of their entrepreneurial skills and contribution to nation's growth. Starting with Rajasthan, we will organise these awards in different states across the length and breadth of the country.

For the state of Rajasthan, we have collaborated with Federation of Rajasthan Trade and Industry (FORTI), the largest trade and industry chamber of Rajasthan, to organise Advaita awards on 25th October, 2018 in Hotel Hilton, Jaipur. The awards will honour women entrepreneurs in Rajasthan who have made it big in the world of business through their dedication and determination.

We are extremely thankful to Suresh Agarwal, President- FORTI and Ranoo Nathany Srivastava  - Chairman, FORTI Women's Wing for believing in us and partnering with us to provide global and national recognition to Rajasthani women entrepreneurs and usher in a new dawn for them. We are also pleased to have CRISIL associated with us as our rating partner.

We are delighted by the extensive coverage that Advaita awards has received in the major newspapers of Rajasthan. We hope that the media coverage will help us reach those Rajasthani women entrepreneurs who are finding innovative business solutions for the better future of India and are bringing these solutions to the largest audience possible.

It is said that ‘women hold up half the sky” and through Advaita, we seek to create a world where empowered women hold up their share of the sky. To assist us in our endeavour, we  hope you will spread the word across and nominate yourself or any other wonder woman you know for Advaita!
