She has a wide experience in business and financial advisory that she has garnered over the years by working in the association of various multinational corporations such as PWC, Grant Thorton, and World Bank.  However, her creative bent and flair to do out of the box have led her to curate various ideas that act as a catalyst for the growth and betterment of the society on the whole. Being a woman, she is well aware of the difficulties and hardships that are faced by women in society, that’s why she has applied her strength, intellect, creativity along with her immaculate experience to formulate programmes such as QueensXI Cricket League, Rasoi Queen and Womennovator series that act as incredible women empowerment platforms. Through QueensXI Cricket League an idea of Beti Khelao along with Beti Bachao and Beti Padhao comes into existence. Similarly, the Rasoi Queen series, allows women to showcase their culinary skills and serve their talent to the world on a platter. Not just this, her initiative of Womennovator is all set to bring out some unrecognized women innovator faces that are working diligently in their own fields and creating opportunities for others as well, in the limelight. Tripti is a modern woman with a modern outlook who exactly understands the need of the hour. Her efforts have also allowed her to step into the startup world where she has conducted various activities for the startups, catering to them the right resources and funds. She has managed various startup workshops and summits that have catered right resources and funds to the startups of India. Along with being a woman of substance and utterly professional in her work she strongly believes in environmental conservation and philanthropy. She is the secretary of Gvriksh, which is a non-profit organization which promotes tree plantation and environmental conservation. She is also the Founding Chairperson of Confederation of Women Entrepreneur for Delhi chapter, which is an organization that promotes women entrepreneurs and aids them to achieve great success in their fields.
