Your valuable co-operation is much appreciated by us and we promise to always offer you with the best content and resources that strike the right chord with you.
After discussing all things marketing in the previous issue, we are focusing on the Union Budget’17 with the theme #BudgetWithSMBConnect this time. February was a much awaited month for the entire nation since everyone had their own set of hopes and expectations from the Union Budget 2017. Under the shadow of demonetization, the central government has pragmatically given a breather to the small & medium enterprises by reducing the income tax of companies with turnover upto 50 crore from the current 30% to 25%. This is expected to benefit 96% (6.67 lakh) of companies in India, also making them more competitive with the large companies. Pursuing with the theme of “Transform, Energize and Clean India” the union budget further has some big changes to offer in various other sectors like rural development, youth, IT, Digital economy et cetera. I think this is a good move by the government and hope the impacts are positive for the economy at large.
In this issue, you can find great insights on these issues and viewpoints from top industry experts discussing the various positives and repercussions of union budget’17, its highlights, unknown facts, impact on small & medium businesses and how the budget is going to affect you in the long run.
I hope you find our resources to the best of your use. Feedback would be highly appreciated.
Best Wishes,
Sandipan Ray
